General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Woodland Camping-Diginuts Sàrl
Article 1 — Purpose and Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern any reservation made with Woodland Camping, Diginuts Sàrl, whose registered office is located at Chemin de la Barme 39, 1868 Collombey, Valais, Switzerland, registered in the commercial register under the number IDE CHE-445.538.597 (hereinafter "Woodland Camping"), for the occupation of a site, accommodation, or any service offered on the site.
Any reservation implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the client.
Article 2 — Reservation
The reservation becomes firm and definitive after written confirmation from Woodland Camping and payment of the requested deposit (if applicable). Any reservation made by a minor must be confirmed by a legal representative.
The client agrees to provide accurate information (identity, dates of stay, number of people, type of site/accommodation). Any false declaration may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Article 3 — Rates and Payment
The applicable rates are those in effect at the time of the reservation, expressed in Swiss francs (CHF), taxes included unless otherwise stated (including tourist tax).
A deposit of 100% of the total amount may be required at the time of booking, with the balance payable upon arrival.
Article 4 — Cancellation and Refund Conditions
In case of cancellation initiated by the client, the following conditions apply, calculated based on the scheduled arrival date:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the arrival date: The reservation is canceled and the full amount paid is refunded to the customer.
- Cancellation between 7 and 4 days before the arrival date (up to 7 days included): 50% of the total amount of the reservation is retained by Woodland Camping; the remaining 50% is refunded to the customer.
- Cancellation 3 days or less before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is retained by Woodland Camping. If the reservation has not yet been fully paid, Woodland Camping reserves the right to demand full payment of the amount due, whether or not there has been an actual stay.
Any cancellation request must be sent in writing (email or mail) to Woodland Camping. The date of receipt of the request is used to calculate the above deadlines.
In case of early departure or no-show on the day of arrival, no refund is due, subject to Article 5 (force majeure).
Article 5 — Force majeure
In the event of a force majeure event (natural disaster, administrative closure, etc.) preventing the stay from taking place, Woodland Camping and the customer will agree on a postponement of the reservation or a refund, on a case-by-case basis, outside the application of the scale in Article 4.
Article 6 — Reservation modification
Any request for modification (dates, duration, type of site/accommodation) must be sent in writing and remains subject to availability. Woodland Camping reserves the right to refuse a modification or to treat it as a cancellation if it occurs within the deadlines specified in Article 4.
Article 7 — Arrival and departure
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM, unless previously agreed with Woodland Camping. Any unauthorized extensions may result in the billing of an additional night.
Article 8 — Deposit
A deposit may be required upon arrival, refunded at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the premises and the absence of damage.
Article 9 — House rules
The client agrees to comply with the campground's internal regulations, particularly regarding nighttime quiet, traffic, pets (subject to acceptance and being kept on a leash), use of fire and barbecues, and respect for common facilities. Any serious breach may result in exclusion from the campground without refund.
Article 10 — Liability
Woodland Camping disclaims any responsibility in case of theft, loss, or damage occurring on the site, except in the case of proven fault on its part. The client is responsible for damages caused to infrastructure, equipment, or third parties during their stay and agrees to repair or compensate.
It is recommended that the client have liability insurance and, if applicable, cancellation insurance.
Article 11 — Data Protection
Les données personnelles collectées lors de la réservation sont traitées conformément à la loi fédérale suisse sur la protection des données (LPD) et utilisées exclusivement dans le cadre de la gestion de la réservation et de la relation client. Le client dispose d'un droit d'accès, de rectification et de suppression de ses données en s'adressant à [adresse e-mail de contact].
Article 12 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. For any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution, the exclusive jurisdiction is that of the canton of Valais, Switzerland, subject to contrary mandatory legal provisions.
